A Kashmir native-made dress cloth woven with handspun yarns on hand looms in the 8-shaft herringbone twill with two picks in a shed. There are 26 ends and 40 picks per inch, 2/20's worsted warp, 17's Yorkshire skein woollen weft, 43-in. loom state, finished 36-in., 111/2-oz. per square yard.
